Weebly Ramps Up Perks: 6 Weeks Off, International Ticket To Employees
San Francisco-based web hosting and e-commerce service Weebly is ramping up its competition for employees, saying on Thursday that it has launched a new, six-week sabbatical program which will provide employees who have been with the company for 5 years or more with international round-trip airfare to anywhere in the world. Weebly said its new program will "help reduce employee burnout" and give its employees a "unique opportunity for growth and exploring". Weebly said that 10 percent of its workforce can currently take advantage of the program.
