Apigee Connects With $60M
San Jose-based Apigee, which provides web API software, said Tuesday that it has raised $60M in a funding round. The funding was led by Pine River Capital Management and Wellington Management Company, and also included Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), Bay Partners, Third Point LLC, SAP Ventures, funds managed by BlackRock, Focus Ventures, and Accenture. The company says the funding brings its total raised to $171M. Apigee is led by Chet Kapoor.
