Area 1 Security Taps Into $2.5M
Menlo Park-based Area 1 Security, a cyber security startup founded by former National Security Agency officials, has raised $2.5M in a funding round. The funding came from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Cowboy Ventures; Data Collective, First Round Capital, Allegis Capital, as well as others. The company is led by Oren Falkowitz.
