GE said Friday that its San Ramon-based software unit is buying Wurldtech, a Canadian developer of cyber security products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. GE said that it will use Wurldtech to advance its cyber security efforts, in the area of critical infrastructure and operations technology. Wurldtech had been based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
