Cisco To Buy ThreatGRID
San Jose-based Cisco said yesterday that it plans to buy New York cybersecurity software developer ThreatGRID. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ThreatGrid develops malware analysis and threat intelligence and detection software. Cisco will use the buy to bolster its Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) offerings.
