Sitecore Acquires Komfo
San Francisco-based Sitecore, which develops marketing software for brands, said yesterday that it has acquired Komfo, a Danish company developing social media marketing and community engagement applications. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Sitecore said it has launched a new product, Sitecore Social, based on the acquisition. Sitecore Social provides social media marketing products for marketers.
