ServiceNow Buys Neebula Systems For $100M
Santa Clara-based ServiceNow, which develops enterprise IT automation software, said this week that it has agreed to acquire Neebula Systems, an Israeli company which provides software for automating the discovery, mapping, and monitoring of IT services. ServiceNow said it will pay approximately $100M in cash for Neebula, which was headed by Yuval Cohen. Neebula becomes part of ServiceNow's IT Operations Management portfolio.
