, which develops enterprise IT automation software, said this week that it has agreed to acquire
Neebula Systems
, an Israeli company which provides software for automating the discovery, mapping, and monitoring of IT services. ServiceNow said it will pay approximately $100M in cash for Neebula, which was headed by Yuval Cohen. Neebula becomes part of ServiceNow's IT Operations Management portfolio.
