ServiceNow Acquires ITapp
Santa Clara-based ServiceNow said this morning that it has acquired San Jose-based ITapp, which develops cloud management and DevOps software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ServiceNow said the all-cash deal helps bolster its software in the area of automation and management of public, private, and hybrid clouds.
