ServiceNow Buys BrightPoint Security
Santa Clara-based ServiceNow said today that it has agreed to acquire BrightPoint Security. Financial terms of the all-cash acquisition were not annoucned. ServiceNow said it will use the acquisition to bolster its Security Operations offering. BrightPoint Security was based in San Mateo.
