Luvocracy Acquired By WalmartLabs
San Francisco-based social shopping service Luvocracy, which operates an online community focused on social discovery of products and sharing of product recommendations from friends and families, has been acquired by @WalmartLabs. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. WalmartLabs said that sixteen team members at Luvocracy are joining the company as part of the acquisition.
