Unity Technologies Buys Tsugi
San Francisco-based Unity Technologies, which develops a game engine popular with a wide range of game devleopers, said today that it has acquired Tsugi, an Austin, Texas-based developer of game development tools. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Unity Technologies said it will open a new Austin office as part of the acquisition. Tsugi develops tools used for building, testing, and deploying games.
