6SensorLabs Finds $4M For Food Testing Gadget
San Francisco-based 6SensorLabs, a developer of devices to detect gluten and other allergens in food, has raised $4M in a funding round, the company disclosed this week. The funding was led by Upfront Ventures, and also included SoftTech VC, Lemnos Labs, Kapor Capital, SK Ventures and Xandex Investments. 6Sensor's first product is a portable gluten sensor. The company's CEO is Shireen Yates.
