Branch Metrics Buys ClassOwl
Palo Alto-based Branch Metrics said earlier this month that it has acquired San Francisco-based ClassOwl. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Branch develops deep linking tools specifically for mobile app developers; ClassOwl was a developer of mobile education apps to help students keep track of assignments, deadlines, and group discussions. Branch has hired ClassOwl's entire team.
