Osmo Finds $12M For iPad Toys

Osmo
, which develops a hardware device that lets kids play and interact with toys on the iPad, has raise $12M in a funding round, the company said Thursday. The Series A funding was led by Accel Partners, and also included Upfront Ventures and K9 Ventures. Rich Wong of Accel will join the company's board with the funding. Osmo was founded by Pramod Sharma, and is developing a device which connects real-life toy objects with apps on the iPad.
