Quanergy Systems Raises $30M For Automotive LiDAR Sensors
Sunnyvale-based Quanergy Systems, a developer of LiDAR sensors and software, has raised $30M in a Series A financing, the company said yesterday. The funding was led by Rising Tide Fund, and also included Wicklow Capital, Motus Ventures, and Wardenclyffe Partners. The company says it now has raised $34.5M in funding. Quanergy is led by Dr. Louay Eldada. Quanery's LiDAR (light detection and ranging) products are aimed at use in automobiles.
