Quanergy, a developer of 3D, LiDAR sensors which are being used for autonomous vehicle sensors and development, has raised $90M in funding, the company said this morning. According to Quanergy, the funding values the company at more than $1 billion. The funding came from Sensata Technologies, Delphi Automotive, Samsung Ventures, Motus Ventures and GP Capital. The company has now raised $150M in funding. Quanergy is led by Louay Eldada.
