Symic Biomedical Scores $15M
San Francisco-based Symic Biomedical, a developer of therapeutics for chronic disease, has raised $15M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by Lilly Ventures, and also included Den Danske Forskningsfond, Mitsui Global Investment, Ally Bridge Group, InCube Ventures, Purdue Foundry Investment Fund, Mission Bay Capital, QB3 Partners, and angels. The company says it has now raised $17.8M in funding in total. The company is led by Ken Horne.
