GuideSpark Finds $22.2M For Employee Communications Tools
Menlo Park-based GuideSpark said Tuesday that it has raised $22.2M in a Series C financing round. The funding was led by Meritech Capital Partners, and also included New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Storm Ventures and IDG Ventures. GuideSpark provides video tools aimed at employees, to help address such areas a benefits, health care, and compensation. Meritech's Craig Sherman joins the board with the funding.
