Paydiant Acquisition By eBay Worth Around $300M, Says Reports
The acquisition of mobile payment system provider Paydiant by eBay's PayPal unit was worth around $300M, according to multiple reports. The acquisition was reportedly split between $285M in equity and $15M in earn out. Paydiant was venture backed by General Catalyst Partners, North Bridge Venture Partners, and others.
