eBay Completes StubHub Acquisition
San Jose-based eBay has completed its acquisition of San Francisco-based StubHub, the online ticket marketplace for event tickets. The deal was worth $307M, including approximately $21 million of net cash at closing. The acquisition was originally announced in January.
