Omnicell Buys Avantec Healthcare
Mountain View-based medication and supply management automation products developer Omnicell said Thursday that it has completed an acquisition of UK-based Aventec Healthcare Limited, which is based in Lancing, West Sussex, United Kingdom. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Avantec develops medication and supply automation products in the United Kingdom.
