Omnicell Completes Aesynt Buy
Mountain View-based medication and supply management technology provider Omnicell said earlier this week that it has completed its $275M acquisition of Aesynt. The deal had originally been announced in October of last year. Omnicell said the acquisition will bring it to annual revenues of over $670M, and approximately 2,200 employees.
