CloudGenix Connects With $25M
Santa Clara-based CloudGenix, a developer of wide area networking software, said today that it has raised $25M in a series B funding. The funding was led by Bain Capital Ventures, and also included Charles River Ventures and the Mayfield Fund. CloudGenix said it is working on software-defined, wide area networking, which allows enterprises to define and manage their WANs in software. The company said the fundin goes towards sales expansion and product growth. Bain's Enrique Salem joins the company's board with the funding.
