GenoLogics Acquired By Illumina
Redwood City-based GenoLogics Life Sciences Software is now officially part of life sciences equipment maker Illumina, the two said this morning. The acquisition had been announced in August. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. GenoLogics makes laboratory information management systems, and had been founded n 2002; the company's CEO is Michael Ball.
