Accenture Buys Cloud Sherpas
Consulting giant Accenture announced Tuesday that it has acquired Cloud Sherpas, a provider of cloud advisory and technology services, in a move to bolster its cloud services efforts. Cloud Sheraps specializes in consulting for Google, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Slesforce said Cloud Sherpas will become part of a new group, the Accenture Cloud First Applications. Accenture was advised by Goldman, Sachs & Co., in the deal. The deal came out of Accenture's San Francisco offices.
