Trimble Makes Second Acquisition Of The Week, Telog Instruments
Sunnyvale-based Trimble, which has had an insatiable appetite for acquisition over the past few years, has made yet another acquisition this week, of wireless water infrastructure monitoring company Telog Instruments. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Telog Instruments develops wireless remote monitoring, analytics and data acquisition systems used by water, wateswater, and stormwater utilities for monitoring their infrastructure and operations. Telog was based in Victor, New York. The acquisition is the second for Trimble in as many days; just yesterday, the company said it had acquired AGRI-TREND, a provider of agricultural information services.
