Comet Labs Launches Robotics, AI Accelerator
San Francisco-based Comet Labs announced Thursday that it has launched a new, "intelligent machine" accelerator which will focus on robotics and artificial intelligence startups. Comet Labs--which says it is backed by a $300M fund from Chinese investor Legend Star--says it will focus on startups building intelligent machine solutions in specific industry verticals. The accelerator is led by Saman Farid. The accelerator's first session will start in January, and applications to apply are due December 1st, according to the company.
