Handshake Picks Up $10.5M For College Recruiting
San Francisco-based college recruitting and networking service Handshake, which looks to help connect students with career opportunities, has raised $10.5M in a Series A funding. According to the company, the funding was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and also included True Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. KPCB's Eric Feng joins the company's board. Handshake particularly focuses on helping Fortune 500 companies better reach out to prospective college employees.
