Veniam Raises $22M For Connected Vehicles
Mountain View-based Veniam said Thursday that it has raised $22M in a Series B funding round, for the company's connected vehicle technology. The funding was led by Verizon Ventures, and also included Cisco Investments, Orange Digital Ventures, and Yamaha Motor Ventures, in additno to current investors True Ventures, Union Square Ventures, and Cane Investments. Veniam is led by Joao Barros, and has now raised $27M in total.
