Vera Picks Up $17M For Data Security Tools
Palo Alto-based Vera, a developer of data security tools, has raised $17M in a Series B funding, the company said Thursday. The funding was led by Sutter Hill Ventures, and also included Battery Ventures and Amplify Partners. Sutter Hill's Stefan Dyckerhoff joins the company's board with the funding. Vera focuses on software which helps companies track business information and who is viewing or accessing that data; the company is led by Ajay Arora. Vera has now raised over $31M in funding.
