10x Genomics Finds $55M
Pleasanton-based 10x Genomics, a developer of genome sequencing tools, has raised $55M in a series C round, the company said this morning. The funding was led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and also include Softbank, JS Capital Management LLC, plus prior investors Venrock, Foresite Capital, and Paladin Capital. 10x Genomics is headed by Serge Saxonov.
