Ebates Buys Shopular
San Francisco-based eBates, the cash back shopping site now owned by Rakuten, said Thursday that it has acquired Redwood City-based Shopular, the developer of a mobile product discovery app. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Shopular was founded by Navneet Loiwal and Tommy Tsai in 2012.
