Virtual Instruments Raises $20M, Merges With Load DynamiX
San Jose-based Virtual Instruments said late Monday evening that it has merged with Load DynamiX, and raised $20M in an investment round. The funding was led by HighBar Partners, and also included Azure Capital Partners, Kinetic Ventures and Benhamou Global Ventures. Financial details of the merger were not announced. Both of the companies develop performance management monitoring software for the DevOps and cloud infrastructure market. The new company will be led by Philippe Vincent, who is was president and CEO of Load DynamiX.
