San Francisco-based
Vendini, a developer of software used by live event operators to sell tickets and promote their events, has raised $20M in a Series A funding, according to the company. The funding came form Level Equity. Vendini--which was founded in 2001--said the funding goes to hire more talent, enhance its platform, and add more features and functionality. Vendini aims its software at mid-range, live event venues, like performing arts, festivals, live music and nightclubs, museums, comedy, sports, universities and others. Vendini is led by Mark Tacchi.
