Vendini Acquires Team From CHARGED.fm
San Francisco-based live events software developer Vendini has acquired the engineering team behind CHARGED.fm, according to the company. Financial details and exact structure of the acquisition/hire were not announced. CHARGED.fm was a developer of an online ticketing system and app, and was based in Brookly, New York. Vendini said CHARGED.fm's team will work on its software. CHARGED.fm was founded by Yves Darbouze.
