Vendini Buys CrowdTorch
San Francisco-based Vendini, a provider of ticketing and management tools for live event organizers, has acquired CrowdTorch, an online ticketing service which was part of Cvent. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Vendini is led by Mark Tacchi.
