Gainspeed, a developer of hardware products for the cable operator market, is now part of
Nokia, Nokia said on Monday, after the previously announced acquisition deal completed. The deal was originally announced on June 10th. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced. Gainspeed was venture backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Juniper Networks, New Enterprise Associates, and Shasta Ventures.
