Eyegroove Shuts Down, Team Joins Facebook
San Francisco-based mobile video app developer Eyegroove says it is shutting down its app, and its team is moving to Facebook, the company said on its website over the weekend. It's unclear if Facebook acquired the company, or just the team. Eyegroove was backed by angels Matt Papakipos, Roger McNamee, Amarjit Gil, and Bill McLean, and had raised around $3.5M in funding.
