Oval Partners Acquires Laser Options
San Francisco-based Oval Partners said last week that it has acquired Phoenix, Arizona-based Laser Options, a provider of managed printing services, printer services and re-manufactured laser toner cartridges. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Oval Partners said it will use Laser Options to bolster the reach of its existing portfolio company, FlexPrint.
