Coherent Acquires Nuvonyx
Santa Clara-based Coherent announced Tuesday afternoon that the firm has acquired Nuvonyx, a Saint Louis-based developer of high power laser diode components and other laser systems. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Coherent develops photonics products for the commercial and scientific research market.
