Showpad Buys Taptera
San Francisco- and Ghent, Belgium-based Showpad, a developer of marketing and sales enablement software, has acquired the core business assets of Taptera, a developer of enterprise sales management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Showpad said the purchase includes Taptera's customer roster and other assets. Showpad said the acquisition is the first since it received $50M in a Series C funding in May.
