Coherent Closes $942M Deal For ROFIN-SINAR
Santa Clara-based laser manufacturer Coherent, a developer of laser technology an dproducts, announced on Monday that it has completed its $942M acquisition of ROFIN-SINAR Technologies. The deal had originally been announced back in March. Coherent paid $32.50 per share in cash for ROFIN-SINAR, which had been publicly traded on the NASDAQ as RSTI.
