San Francisco-based
Sudden Coffee, which is developing upscale, gourmet instant coffee (think Starbucks Via, but fancier), has raised $2.7M in a seed funding, according to the company. The funding was led by Charles River Ventures, and also included Founder Collective, Lifeline Ventures, and the company's original angel investors, who first invested in the company in 2015.
