Uber Buys Geometric Intelligence
San Francisco-based Uber has acquired Geometric Intelligence, a stealthy artificial intelligence company founded by New York University psychologist Gary Marcus and University of Cambridge professor of information engineering Zoubin Ghahramani. Uber will move Geometric Intelligence's employees to San Francisco. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
