SmartRecruiters Buys Jobspotting
San Francisco-based SmartRecruiters, a developer of job applicant tracking software, has acquired Berlin-based Jobspotting, the company said earlier this week. Financial details of that acquisition were not announced. SmartRecruiters is venture backed by Mayfield and Insight Venture Partners. The company's CEO is Jerome Ternynck.
