Komprise, a developer of data and storage management software, announced today that it has collected $12M in its Series B funding, led by Walden International. The funding also included Canaan Partners, as well as storage industry veterans Bill Moore (ZFS, EMC) and Sanjay Mehrotra (SanDisk). The company said the funds will go to scale operations. Komprise develops software which manages both cloud storage from Amazon, Google, and Microsoft; enterprise storage arrays form HPE, NetApp, and EMC; storage appliances; and other data storage locations. The company has now raised more than $18M in funding.
