Komprise Picks Up $6M For Data Management Software
San Francisco-based Komprise, a developer of automated data management software, has raised $6M in a Series A funding, the company said Thursday. The funding was led by Canaan Ventures. Komprise, which is led by Kumar Goswami, was founded by the founders of Kaviza. Komprise has yet to release its software, but says it handles automation and scaling data across storage silos, both on-premise or in the cloud.
