Redwood Shores-based Oracle has acquired Moat, a provider of advertising analytics information for brands, the two said on Tuesday afternoon. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Moat, which was based in New York, is led by CEO Jonah Goodhart, who joins Oracle along with the rest of his team.
