San Francisco-based
Mocana, a developer of security products for industrial control systems and the Internet-of-Things, has raised $11M in a funding round, the company said this week. The funding came from Sway Ventures, Shasta Ventures, Trident Capital Fund and GE Ventures, and brings the company's total raised to $93.6M. Mocana, led by William Diotte, develops software specifically designed for protecting industrial IoT devices, through its boot process and firmware, plus transmission of data between devices.
