Knightscope Gets $3M For Security Robots
Mountain View-based Knightscope, which develops autonomous robots which provide physical physical security support, has raised $3M in a strategic investment. The funding came from Konica Minolta, and is split between $1M in immediate funding plus an additional $2M based on future milestones. Knightscope said the investment comes as part of a Reg A+ "mini-IPO" in a Series m Preferred Stock round.
